Wii MarioKart September 16, 2008 This is ADDICTIVE! At age 67 I find myself drawn to my Wii and playing MarioKart. The options are super and playing on line with international folks is on BIG blast.
If you want to have fun buy it.
This game is awesome! September 16, 2008 I am not ashamed to say that I am addicted to Mario Kart.
This game is awesome, and I love how it works with the Wii-mote.
I like using the wheel; my significant other likes using the nunchuck and wiimote combo.
Either way, we have fun on individual races or playing against each other.
This game just doesn't get old :)
Mario Go Cart September 15, 2008 All I can say is that I did get what I ordered. It is a gift for someone in November. The package and material had not been opened.
A Fantastic Game But Not The Best September 7, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This game is fantastic because you feel like you really driving a kart. I liked to drift so much! You will have more fun using the wheel but it doesn't help a lot. But you will have a little bored after you play for a LONG time. It can be better if you can create your own kart and a own course. But it's still good because you play online! You play with experts around the world! You can drive bikes!
Pros.: Feel like you are really driving a kart Many different items, karts and courses Can play online You can drive bikes
Cons.: Can't create karts and courses
This Game is Insane September 5, 2008 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
By all appearance this game may seem like a simple and fun game. But be warned, if you have a short temper or just have very little patients, you might want to think twice about purchasing this game.
My gripe with this game comes when I try to unlock everything. Suddenly all the fun antics about this game becomes annoying and will aggravate you to no end. I'll tell you it is no fun losing a race because you were cheap-shot to death. Normally these things wouldn't bother me however certain characters I want to unlock because they are not available at the start of the game. I can see having to unlock vehicles, that I don't care about that but why force me to endure all these headaches just so I can race as all my favorite characters? What will aggravate you even more about this game are the items you get in the item boxes littered throughout the stage. Too often they are items you can't even use. What good would a banana peel do me when I'm in last place?
I really hate that this game aggravates me so much because I like playing the game when I'm not trying to unlock anything. The racing wheel that comes with game is a nice touch and does add to the enjoyment of the game. (Although it doesn't really do anything)
