5 out of 5 stars Can't Figure Why So Many Bad Reviews?   January 26, 2007

I got two of these and now have had them for 3 weeks. They've work fine, no major issues. They use them several times a week sometimes for up 2 hours and they've helded up fine. Sure maybe twice they've lost a signal, but not the worst considering they're wireless. My boys make me used the wired one, but it's ok as these fit their hand better. We use rechargeable batteries and no issue except as with most battery boxes rechargeables are a tight fit. My boys have used Wavebirds at friends houses and instantly said these aren't big a clunky. So far a great experience, will update if that changes.

2 out of 5 stars Least durable wireless controllers   January 23, 2007

I have a lot of controllers for various consoles. Microsoft, Logitech, even a Nintendo WaveBird. I got these for the rumble, and they had a cheap look to them from the start, but they worked fine--for a while. I have two of them and both have started falling apart, and one is unusable because the "A" button is stuck in the depressed position. I have e-mailed Intec to see if they will do anything, but I'm not holding my breath.

1 out of 5 stars Junk   July 27, 2006

The controller has great features, but it doesn't work. It overheated the batteries and melted the battery compartment plastic the first day. This is my first and last experience with an Intec product. It's junk; don't buy it.

1 out of 5 stars Frustrating with multiple controllers   December 27, 2005

The instructions are obviously written by someone for whom English is a second language. There are contradictions, as they state to "Plug only one receiver into the GAMECUBE" but the next line tells you to "Plug the second receiver into the GAMECUBE".

While experimenting, if we only use one receiver, the other controllers cannot connect. If you use multiple receivers, they interfere with each other and drop the connection, or make your player continuously move to the left or right.

If you are only planning on using one of these controllers, then it may work for you. I have three kids and purchase three of these controllers. When more than one kid is playing, each controller has intermittent problems.

In my opinion, you are better off buying a better quality controller, as this one is not worth the aggravation.
