These are my little 7-year-old's words November 26, 2006 7 out of 12 found this review helpful
I love this game!I have done a lot of missions. This game is one of the best game ever! In the game I had 5 Legendary pokemon join.
In the beginning of the game you get to take a personality test to see witch pokemon has the same personality then you get to pick your partner.
I can`t tell you what`s above the story line because that`s a surprise!
I Thought This Game Was Good But... November 24, 2006 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
I like this game because you actually get to play as a Pokemon. But in reality, though, I am more anxious for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl instead. This game was fun, no offense, but I like games where you get the freedom to move around. Pokemon Dungeon hardly lets you move around alot. I also miss the feature where you get to save no matter where you are at. That's another reason why I want Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. You could be in the middle of nowhere and you would still get to save. I like the personality test at the beginning, though. Another feature I miss is pressing the START button to open your menus to select items and things like that. This game does not let you do that, you have to press the B button instead, and that's kind of hard for when you're in a hurry.

I enjoyed this game and i really liked the test at the beginning although i cheated to get eevee. I think this game would be a great Christmas present.
not bad November 8, 2006 1 out of 5 found this review helpful
Despite the cool box design, this is actually a pretty weak game by Pokemon standards. The game itself is okay, but it has a weak storyline and the personality test is a strange option. I guess the game is just a bit weaker overall compared to the other ones.
Keeps You Hooked November 5, 2006 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
This game is very different from the other Pokemon games. Instead of capturing pokemon and traveling, you are the pokemon, helping other pokemon like yourself from natural disasters while trying to solve the mystery as to why you became a pokemon in the first place.
The quiz in the beginning is fun and it's very hard to cheat on it. The results are very accurate if you answer the questions truthfully.
Most of the pokemon in the game(except the ones you battle in the dungeons)have real personalities, unlike past Pokemon games. You hvae your rival team who wants to be the best by cheating and causing mayhem, your loyal pokemon partner who sticks by you through thick and thin, and your more experienced pokemon who don't just rely on their physical skills but mental ones as well.
The game progresses as you complete mission, manditory and optional, and takes an unexpectng turn in the middle, just adding to the plot. You beat bosses like the legendary birds and Mewtwo and can befirend them when you defeat them. The end is sad and sentimental and makes everything you have gone through worthwhile.
Even after the main plot is over, there is still much to unlock and discover so the game does not get dull over time.
This game is a must have for all Pokemon fans, kids and teens alike. Even as a fourteen year old, I find this game addicting and unable to put it down.
