Assassin's Creed is SICK November 18, 2008 I waited until November 2008 to purchase this game. 1) I didn't think it would be very good 2) I didn't really have time to put into it.
It was well worth the wait. I've only played the game for a total of about 4 hours so far and I really appreciate the story line and feel of the game. I don't usually play this type of game but, I'll admit, this is one I will finish. The game play reminds me of Tomb Raider and Ninja Gaiden (the new version). If you haven't played this yet and your into this type of single player game, grab this one. The price has dropped considerably and it's well worth the low price.
Video Game Review for Parents November 14, 2008 Video Game Mom provides reviews for parents based on an evaluation of "SLARV" which is... S)exual Content L)anguage A)dditional Comments R)acial Insensitivity V)iolence
Assassin's Creed
Sexual Content: None.
Language: f*ck (2 times), d*mn, god d*mmit, chr*st, h*ll, b*stard
Additional Comments: Blood can be turned off. Sometimes the beggars (who are all women) get in the way and the player can throw them against a wall or down on the ground. This game is set in the time of the Crusades, religious figures are generally the enemy.
Racial Insensitivity: None.
Violence: Weapons include swords, throwing knives and hidden blades. Violence is against other humans rather than creatures. Type of violence includes direct stabs to the heart, breaking of legs and slicing with swords. Blood is shown but quickly dissipates.
Assassin's Creed "The Game" November 8, 2008 It is a really good game which I highly recommend by and play.
Assassin's Creed is a third-person stealth game in which the player primarily assumes the role of Altair as experienced by Desmond.
You will enjoy playing this awesome game.

Great Game, Horrible Ending... September 26, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I borrowed this game from a friend who told me I've never played anything like it, and he didn't lie. At first I believed this game to be something like Prince of Persia, but soon after playing I realized I was playing something completely original. The gameplay, fighting, and running were all well done. I was just totally confused about the ending...Great game, suggest everybody play it reguardless of your taste in gamming.
