This product is no where near the quality of the original Sony faceplate. It feels very flimsy and was a little difficult to fit onto the system. After installing the faceplate, I cleaned the screen with the microfiber cloth that came with the PSP. The cheap plastic couldn't even handle this and was soon covered in scratches. It ended up looking worse than the faceplate I was trying to replace.

The replacement faceplate for my PSP arrived in just a couple of days and was complete. The installation was a snap and it looks just like the original, except of course the color.
