James Bond 007 in...Agent Under Fire challenges legendary super-agent James Bond to escape his deadliest enemies yet!

Amazon.com Product Description
In 007: Agent Under Fire, the player must defeat the evil criminal mastermind Malprave, head of a rising terrorist organization that is bent on ruling the world with an army of clones. Helping players along the way in Agent Under Fire is the gorgeous Zoe Nightshade and a cast of familiar characters. Each of the more than 10 exotic locations around the world contains a generous offering of challenging, well-balanced missions and objectives.

Agent Under Fire lets players accomplish mission objectives by blasting through with high-tech weaponry, or by relying on state-of-the-art gadgets and nerve-tingling stealth. The driving levels will feature an array of 007-inspired exotic cars and automotive combat from the Bond movies. Other key features include the all-new story line that builds on the Bond legacy with villains and allies, both new and familiar; three well-balanced gameplay experiences for the single player (action, stealth, and driving); a full arsenal of Q-lab weapons, gadgets, and autos; and fluid action inspired by the 007 films.

There are also enormous, detailed 3-D environments to be experienced through the eyes of Bond. Agent Under Fire will utilize next-generation console technology to help bring life to the full environmental physics and environments, including a massive deep-sea oil rig set atop a secret underwater base. The game includes single-player and multiplayer modes (with support for up to four players).

2 out of 5 stars This game would be great if you can invert view/moves.   December 29, 2008

When I got this game it is pretty cool, but I'm use to inverting my controller, but this game does not have this choice. So I'm missing shots like crazy. It too a long time to get use to, i dont think I'm use to it yet still. so if you you use invert in all your games you maybe frustrated playing this game.

2 out of 5 stars Not bad but not great either   January 22, 2007

It is fun at first, but then you find out that 007 Agent Under Fire is an average first person shooter. The game plays like an arcade game with the James Bond trade license sprawled across the front. First of all, the game has nothing that feels like a good Bond story. The story is more sci-fi than a real Jams Bond story. Also, AUF has a bad control scheme, and poor artificial intellegence. AUF is also too easy. Once you find out what the game developers want you to do, it is too easy to beat the game. There are also some bad graphics that make the enemies look like walking mannequins. One of the only good things about AUF is the split screen multi-player option, which is fun when you have your friends over to play. Unfortunatetly, in multiplay there is no option to use AI Botts. (Although I have heard that they are unlockable in Game Cube versions.)
Although the multplayer is awesome, AUF has too many below average features to make it a game worth buying. I suggest you rent instead of buy this game.

3 out of 5 stars Good, but the graphics suck.   December 19, 2005

There is nothing to say. The storyline of the game is great. A classic 007 video game. The only bad part about it is that the graphics are not very crisp for the PS2 version. I recomend to hold on and spend some more money. Meanwhile by yourself a share of NasDaq for your money.
