Editorial Review
For generations babies have delighted in this classic stacking toy. Consisting of five bright candy-colored rings in graduated sizes looped over an 8-inch-tall plastic post, the Rock-A-Stack helps babies develop coordination as they learn to stack the easy-to-grasp rings in the proper order. Little ones will have the time of their lives sorting, stacking, and tasting to see if the rings really taste as good as they look. Made of absolutely safe, washable soft plastic suitable for teething. --Marianne Painter

5 out of 5 stars Don't know what it is about this toy....   December 29, 2008

Looked boring to me - a "stale classic " - but my son can't get enough of it. I was also bummed when I saw they had changed the top ring, but it's been one of my baby's number one toys for the 12 months he's been here! Definitely a must-have.

5 out of 5 stars simple but brilliant   December 23, 2008

I remember having this toy from my childhood, and now I'm proud that my 7 mo old daughter has it now - updated of course. The new top ring has beads that roll around which is very captivating for an infant to watch. So far she can take all the rings OFF the stack, but not put them on yet. They're good "Chew toys" and I fell they are safer since they are NOT made in China, my package said Made in Mexico. I'm not too concerned about BPA since it's not being ingested or heated, and I don't even know if there is BPA in this toy, usually it's the harder plastics that contain BPA. The toy is easy to clean - you can take apart every piece including the yellow post from the base (Which we did the other day when she spit up on it). For this price, the toy provides HOURS of fun. A great first toy. Especially once your baby can sit on their own.

My kids had something similar when they were little and had a blast. I purchased this for a child from a family my work department was sponsoring for the holidays. Great stacking and size figuring toy!!

Helps with hand coordination and is great fun to sit in the floor and spend time with our granddaughter.

5 out of 5 stars An oldie but a goodie!   December 12, 2008

My son loves this! He is 8 months now but started playing with it months ago. It is great for teething. He especially love when I unscrew the yellow pole from the base so he can chew on it. He only has two teeth but he hasn't made a dent in it yet. (FYI - it is all plastic, including the screw threads and the base.) I will pick up the rings, hold them out to him, and say the color. For some reason he thinks it is halarious. This toy is as classic as it gets and very reasonably priced. You can't go wrong.
