Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
In Resident Evil 4 you'll know a new type of horror, as the classic survival-horror action returns with all-new characters, controls and storylines. We last saw Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 2 - a rookie cop in Raccoon City, fighting to stay alive. That was six years ago. Since then, government forces have managed to control the zombie threat and Leon has become a Federal agent. When the President's daughter is kidnapped, Leon tracks her to a remote, hidden fortress in Europe - where he'll relive the horror he faced six years before. Players will face never-before-seen enemies that make Nemesis seem like a kitten. You'll be wishing for the usual Resident Evil zombies!

5 out of 5 stars Original, Smart, and Entertaining   October 3, 2008
I bought this game expecting to shoot a few bad guys and have some arcade style fun. I never would have guessed that there was an amazing plot with realistic characters as well as storylines. It's fun not only because of the different weapon choices but also because it scared the hell out of me. When I play it I find myself screaming when I get into a booby trap or even when I see a sudden zombie coming up behind me. Also, considering its a wii game it has the most entertaining and realistic moves possible. The best game by far for wii.

5 out of 5 stars an amazing game   September 26, 2008
This game is amazing the game twist and monsters that will make your skin crawl and have you jumping all the way to the end. In the game they speak spanish yes they say phrases in spanish and if you can understand spanish or know someone who does then you will laugh at the things they say. Any way the Presidents daughter (Ashley I think is how its spelled) get kidnaped and leon is sent to investigate a small town in spain. There they endure many chalanges and puzzles. it gets a little hard at some pionts so i used a walk through on some of it but the game is easier the second time becaues all the items carry over to the next round like other RE games. after completing the game you will unlock an infinite launcher and assignment ada where after completing that you will be able to buy a Chicago type wrighter (a machine gun with infinite rounds). I think that the Wii is the best platform to play this game on keeping you on the edge of your seat with reaction comands not like the game cube (havent seen it played on any other system sorry) waveing the Wii remote pressing buttons to doge and aiming with the remote (pritty cool). Knowing that the infection will spread to yet another game i will say this is the best RE game out as of "right now" still knowing there is probably going to be a RE5 comeing out soon!!!

5 out of 5 stars Great game, new and improved Wii controls por pin point shooting accuracy   September 21, 2008
RE4 is a great game, non-stop action from beginning to end, if you played the GC or PS2 version before you can play this one again because of the great new Wii controls for pin-point shooting accuracy. Also this game comes at a bargain price!

5 out of 5 stars Best game for the Wii   September 7, 2008
This is far and away the best game I have played on the Wii. It is very fun and very addicting. Once you complete the main game it insidiously gives you bonus games. The bonus games are also great. It is the only video game I have played to completion several times. I have been looking for a game similar to this on the Wii and I have not found any near as good.

5 out of 5 stars Keeps you wanting more   September 2, 2008
I bought this game over a month ago and haven't looked at it until the last couple of weeks. At first I did not like the game, but after I started to get the controls down and understand what I was doing this game was awesome. RE4 is very interesting and the wiimote add some fun to the experience. Graphics aren't great, but hey, it's a Wii.

The story is intriguing and keeps you wanting more. I love all the items you can use, buy and upgrade. My favorite weapon is the old fashioned sniper rifle. The sound it makes when you reload and shoot on the wiimote is salivating.

I am only on chapter 5-2, but this is definitely one of the best games I have ever played. I have never played any of the other Resident Evil games, but after playing this one, I think I might go back and try them.
