1 out of 5 stars This link cable doesn't work.   August 30, 2007
This link cable doesn't work. There is something inside blocking one of the connectors but the cable is supposed to be new. My parents told me to find out how to return it but I keep forgetting. I wasted my money.

this gameboy advance was a gift for my 7 yr. old grandaughter. She spends hours having fun. A great game.

3 out of 5 stars A good buy with a small problem.   May 3, 2005

I bought one of these awhile ago, and though it is a nice attachment for your gamecube it has one small problem.
WARNING! If you're buying this for uploading Pokemon you may want to read this first! I've used this cable to link up my GBA with my Gamecube, and it does work for most of my games, but it doesnt work at all for Pokemon colosseum! It worked fine when I used the tingle tuner in Zelda the wind waker, but when I tried to use it to upload my GBA pokemon to pokemon colosseum it wouldent work! I tried over 15 times to get it to work, but it was no use! After consuling the trouble shooting section of my Pokemon colosseum owners-manuel, I found that it clearly says that trying to upload pokemon using a non official cable may cause the linking process to fail due to malfunction! This made me very unhappy considering that the main reason for buying this cable was so I could use my GBA pokemon in pokemon colosseum!
Now I have to buy the offical Nintendo cable if I want to use my pokemon! It's still worth buying because it works fine with my other GBA-GCN compatible games! But if you're buying this exclusively for your pokemon games heed my warning, It Wont Work!
I've tried many many times, and nothing happened!

Pros: Cheaper than the offical GBA to GCN cable, has a longer cord then the offical cable, connects most games with no problems.

Cons: Cant link pokemon Ruby/sappire or Fire Red/Leaf green to pokemon colosseum! No matter what you do!

Despite a shipping error, the vendor quickly responded to an email and immediately shipped the correct item. Additionally, they did not even require that I return the original item shipped. All is very well.
