Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Watch out- terrible customer service and old broken drives   January 2, 2008

This is the worst experience I have had internet shopping. I am surprised that Amazon tolerates a vendor that misrepresents it's products and refuses to refund my money after repeated requests. The DVD drive is stated to be new yet it arrived in very used and worn out condition. The Drive door will not open and it sounds like the parts are grinding when it spins. The vendor has tried to blackmail me into removing my comments in order to replace the broken drive. Avoid Excess Source if you can.
