Editorial Review Don't just stand there, Bust-A-Move on your new NEOGEO Pocket Color! This classic puzzle game arms you with a bubble shooter and a mission: to shoot like-colored balls as they plunge toward you from above until they disappear. There are three modes: puzzle (you try to finish rounds in the shortest amount of time), VS-CPU (you are pitted against one of eight very skilled characters), and survivor (you play continuously until you lose). You can also compete against a friend and his or her NEOGEO through the use of a Pocket Link Cable, sold separately. This is the perfect gift for any Tetris junkie in your family. It is also good for young kids because it builds puzzle-solving and matching skills without violence or profanity, and reading is not necessary. There's enough excitement and challenge packed into this simple game to keep you busy for hours. You can also get a quick fix because there's nothing to lose if you have to turn it off suddenly. --Carrie Bell Pros: - Good for all ages
- Puzzle lovers will drool over it
Cons: - After extended play, this game can get repetitive
- Mastering the shooting angles is easy

Better than Tetris August 4, 2005 I have played many puzzle games and by far this is one of the best for any system. I was hooked on Tetris, but now this game has brought a whole new light to the puzzler realm. The game is highly addictive. The object is to get rid of all the bubbles by shooting them up and matching the colors. There is a twist though, you must shoot them with some thought in mind because you may inadvertently block your next moves. The game is great for all ages.
Pros: Highly addictive Good graphics Easy to pick up and play
Cons: Like most puzzlers, it gets a bit repetitive The overall game is too easy
Overall: If you like puzzlers, this is definitely a game you should try.
Greatest Puzzle Game Ever September 4, 2001 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This game is great. At first you start off at the first puzzle and the object is to get three of the same colored balls in a row. Some people say it is hard to see what the colors are but my brother is color blind and he is ALMOST better than me. Well, than once you pass the first puzzle than you go to a harder on, I think there are like 100 puzzles, well, it times you so even now after I beat the game my brother and I try to beat eachother's scores. Well, there is also a mode where you play against other charecters on the game. I am 12, my brother is 17, and my sister is 19 and she loves the game too, so this game is for all age groups. Thank you for reading my review.

The is a great game. You should get a worm light though because it can be hard to see the differnet colors of the bubbles.
A great puzzle game! December 25, 2000 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
the object of this game is to keep little bubbles from overrunning the area by getting 3 of the same color in a row. The graphics are great. it is well worth the price. it is very fun, because you have to think quick, or the area gets overrun by bubbles.
Finally found it! May 11, 2000 I love this game. When I first heard about the NeoGeo system, I was interested...When I found out they had Bust-a-Move, I had to have it. I have loved this game since my brother and I first discovered it at the arcade in Disneyland, but then it disappeared. It takes a little strategy and good lighting, to distinguish colors, but it is worth it. You won't be able to put it down.
