3 out of 5 stars Quest game for kids   October 3, 2007
I gave this game three stars because before you can even begin to go questing, you have to outfit and modify what appears to be a lizard/dragon helper and that's fairly time consuming. The game also starts slow, but gets better as you go on, playing through mini-game type challenges and talking to the characters you encounter. It's fun modifying and outfitting your own lizard/dragon helper with the items provided, though. It's good for kids, but not for anyone that plays Zelda-level quest games.

1 out of 5 stars Amazing Island? WHY AMAZING?   November 20, 2006

THIS GAME SOUNDS NICE, BUT IT ISN'T! I got stuck on my second battle of a race! It sounded so awesome when I rented it! "AMAZING ISLAND!" Catching, eh? Just to suck people in to WASTE CASH! Don't listen to the other reviews! It's plain out horrible! The plot is bad, and the only good thing is making ugly monsters!

5 out of 5 stars Great GAME   September 10, 2006

This game is great, one of the best i've ever played. It's very imanginative. This game is a little like mario party and pokemon combined, what could be a better combination then that. It's very interresting. The game has a great storyline, it's both exciting and interesting. I would reccomend this game to anyone. The game is for kids but some adults like it too. It's a good game for children of all ages. [and a good game adults of almost all ages]

Any one who dont have a imagination wont like this game caus they just wont get the fun of creating your own monster and then puting it in to mini games.I cant beleive sega made this game cause its like a mix of mario party and pokemon so i thoght this would be nintendo. The best part of it is costimizing your monster. For me the mini games are super hard and i cant even get past the begener course. the mini game have a repeted rool that is u have two press A rapidly and then fliker the control stik or press B or...The story line is simple ur a boy or girl(You choos) who reads a book about a magical island and that night he/she goes into the island to save all the monsters from the evilings(or somthing like that)sins he/she has a "pure heart" an then u costimize ur monster and start playimg mini games.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome Game. =O   October 16, 2005

I love this game! My friend reccomended it to me, and I was hooked. The games can get frusterating, but that's only if you've been playing for 7 hours. Before that, the games are fun, hooking, and you'll want to do more. I can use my imagination to make monsters. Heck, I even made a death bunny!!!(Hint! Want more chance stars? Create more monsters. I made 22!)

So, I highly reccomend this game. It takes imagination, though. A LOT.
