All horse lovers should play this game too. This Wii game game is so much fun. We got this game in a timely manner and it was in excellent condition with the instruction booklet intact.

take care of your horse by grooming, feeding, exercising, etc. This is one that will challange you, but not in a impossible way. While the game can become demanding, it is alot like other Sims style games. Petz series games are fun, and this second generation does not disappoint.

1 out of 5 stars Very steep learning curve   December 2, 2008

The designers forgot who they were making this game for. It takes a long time to figure out how to guide the horse. It takes a long time to figure out what you are supposed to do. My daughter gave up before too long.

The Wii version is an obvious port. It seems they made very little effort to make it work specifically with the wii controls. Very poor effort from a great line of games.

4 out of 5 stars A good game for a young girl or boy   October 22, 2008

I purchased this game because it was at a great price on a lightning deal. I don't have anyone in home that fits the normal age range for this game, but we have friends with younger kids over quite often to play the Wii.

My daughter who is 14 tried it out this week and although I did see her having some fun in the first hour, eventually she grew bored and I can't imagine her playing it again. (Doesn't every girl want a pony at some point and time?)

In the next week or so we have a friend coming over and her daughter is 7. I expect that she will fall in love with this game, but I'll come back to report after just to confirm my suspicions.

I really loved this game. Using the Wii is like riding a real horse. I got this game for my neice but I liked it so much I bought myself one. I like the story of the girl trying to save her uncles ranch by competeing in the compitions. You have to do the traing by finding the trainers (you have to ride around and look for them) then you do the local compitions to get federation points then you go to nationals all while haveing to deal with the bad guys how don't want you to win. Fun game and I enjoy it very much.
