I purchased 2 DS Lite's for a gift to my twin grandsons so its a bit hard to give a review. I have another grandchild and he got a DS Lite for his birthday and now all three kids fight over the one, so my review would be that my grandchildren love the DS Lite and who's review would be more important than that. Now each child will have his own DS Lite.

The product was never received! I ordered this for a birthday gift and it never came in. The order was cancelled and I am due a refund.
Best $130 I Ever Spent On A Gift October 8, 2008
What can I say? It is a Nintendo DS Lite. Kids love them, they are made very well, are very durable and provide an endless amount of various types of fun for kids, teens and adults. The wide array of games available for this handheld system is great and Nintendo fully backs up their products, so no worries there either. I bought both of my daughters a DS Lite and they are by far one their most prized posessions.

I purchased this DS console for my daughters birthday.. i cant complain on the quality of it.. looks etc.. everything works just fine.
As a former PSP owner tend to compare and really miss the music / picture / internet browsing abilities even though i heard there would be a new ds coming soon so... as a gaming console it is perfect! lots of games that means complete availability.. perfect for a kid. If you are looking for something with more conectivity go for a psp...
