Not a bad game, but took some adjusting November 25, 2008 This game took some time to get used to, as it doesn't provide a lot of direction or help. However, once you figure it out, it's really challenging and will get your brain going. It's not as good as WordJong, but it's close.
Totally fun! October 9, 2008 I love word puzzles and the day I got it, I played for 2 hours after only planning to play for a few minutes! It's very addicting. I read the one review that mentioned that the categories get repetitive and they do, but they've been different words each time. Some categories are so vague that it adds more challenge to the puzzle because you're not sure what they mean by the clue. It's a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I highly recommend it.
Repetitive and Simple September 9, 2008 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
As a huge word game fan, I was very disappointed in how repetitive this game actually is with the clues. At first glance, the game seemed challenging, but after spending a couple of hours playing this game, it became easier and easier to solve the clues. This might be a fun game for young teens, but beyond that, it's pretty much a waste of money and time.

A bit easier than I thought it would be, but still very fun and engaging.
What! Only two word games? September 2, 2008 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
That's my first thought when I got the Wordmaster DS. There's only TWO games on there! Wordmaster and Anagrams.
I don't know, I guess I got the impression that there was going to be alot of word games. My mistake.
With that said, the two games are fun. I enjoyed the games. They give you clues to guess what the word is which helps alot.
If you like word games, especially Anagrams, this is for you. If you are looking for a bunch of variety games, look elsewhere. They should have added some more games such as hangman maybe? Or some other word fun.
