This is garbage January 31, 2007 20 out of 21 found this review helpful
I purchased this with my DS light, it is all in the garbage now --
The screen protectors, the tape that is on them will not come off, I tried water, a razor rubbing alcohal and goof off, (the last wrecked em).
The headphones are cheap and get tangled easy, that is when they dont retract into thmselves when using them.
I am afraid to use the car charger -- dont want to break my ds.

I purchased a Nintendo and then thought I was getting the starter kit for it but it was for the lite Nintendo so we do not have a starter kit for the regular Nintendo and have no use for the lite starter kit. My daughter tossed the packaging for it so I can not return it!!
More info please! November 27, 2006 132 out of 136 found this review helpful
I saw a starter kit at Walmart but since I was placing a large order on Amazon I decided to buy the starter kit on Amazon. At that time there was no photo of the product, but I assumed they were all the same or at least equal. There's no list of what's in this starter kit and frankly I don't remember what's in the the Walmart kit right now either. But I was surprised to find that this kit looks completely different. I know the one I saw in the store also had cases for the game cartridges, but I don't know if that will be important or not yet. Anyway I learned a lesson -- don't buy it unless there's a photo or good discription of the product! I'm not really disappointed in what I got, but am disappointed that I was misled by my own expectations. Anyway. Even though there is now a photo of the product I will list what's included in the package: earphones, screen protector, cleaning pad and car charger. This product is not made by Nintendo, is is made by Intec.
