Despite all the hoopla surrounding the next generation consoles, the most anticipated gaming event of this year is undoubtedly the latest The Legend of Zelda game. Subtitled Twilight Princess, the game looks radically different from The Wind Waker with less stylized, more realistic looking graphics. As ever with a Nintendo title, much of the game is still surrounded in secrecy, but previews have already shown the game's enormous scale with huge areas of rolling countryside for you to ride your horse and battle various evil enemies. Indeed, the game seems more action-focused than previous adventures, both on horseback and on foot. One major new feature revealed in the game is that Link is now able to transform into a wolf. This gives him a whole suite of new features including the ability to "see" smells and access areas impossible as a human (or elf). Despite the greater emphasis on action, the puzzles in the game are even more elaborate than before. A forest dungeon reveals your ability to communicate with animals. You order around a troupe of baboons to solve puzzles and to help battle the level boss. The GameCube could hardly have asked for any better swansong than this, with utterly amazing graphics and an apparently endless range of features and settings.  BEST GAME OF ALL TIME!!!!!! July 27, 2008
The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess: this game alone blew me away with its grafix i mean the water looked like you could dive in yourself!! The lava, it was like you could actually fell the heat!!! all my friends have a nintendo wii and so do i but before i got a wii and i herd that nintendo released Twilight Princess on the gamecube and i was like oh my gosh i have to get this game so on the day it came out i called every game store and no one had it. Finally i called the Game Trader in opry mills mall and they said they had 3 copys left four the gamecube so we told them to hold one four us and we went out there and got it!!! I finally beat the game on January 7,2008 and at the end i actually cried because it was such a great game and i was so happy i beat it!!! so over ALL the games i played (and thats ALOT trust me) This OVER ALL WAS THE BEST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED!!!!!!!!!!!! I personally thank Twilight Princess is the BEST GAME EVER MADE! AND I CAN'T WAIT TILL THE NEXT LEGEND OF ZELDA GAME COMES OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!=)

Favorite Game of All Time June 18, 2008
Serving up to or over 70+ hours of gameplay, LOZ:TP is well worth its price. It bares more simularities to Ocarina of Time than any other Zelda titles, but Twilight Princess is much better than Ocarina of Time (in my opinion).

Fantastic game... my 11 year old soon loved it, the history of Zelda is fantastic. More than the game graphics or action what is really great is the history and details of the environment where tha action happens.

Overall the game is really cool! The game can be boring at times, like when you're searching for items, b/c the game doesn't always do what it's supposed to do, for instance, when you're at a place where an item is supposed to be, and you know you've done it right, but it's not there. Sometimes the game guide is misleading and isn't as helpful as I would like. I sometimes end up having to do it over again a few times (just like I did it before)and then it works, but that can be frustrating at times. The graphics are really good. But one thing that bother's me throughout the game is that Link never talks, he just mumbles.
