Product Description The JAVOScreen screen protector is the perfect compromise between visual clarity and anti glare properties. Features a 3 layer construction structure. The top layer is a special matte finishing which allows an incredible amount of light through while still retaining it's anti reflective properties. The middle layer is an armor layer that shields your screen from scratches. The last layer is a silicon compound which adheres to your screen without leaving sticky residue. This layer is fully washable, water will not reduce it's ability to stick to your screen. More than just a screen protector, the feature packed JAVOScreen is removable and washable making it a long lasting investment for your device.

Greate protector November 7, 2008 Fits excellent on the screens, protects really good the DS screens. Only drawback is that no matter how much you clean the screens there's alway some dust that gets trapped in, but that's not the product fault.
Highly recommended.
The BEST Screen Protectors Out There November 5, 2008 I had ZERO trouble putting these on my DS. Not only did they go on perfectly, but they did so without bubbles thanks to the little card that is included with the package. I also like that they included a dust cloth so you can be sure to make your screens static-free before placing on the protectors.
The other boon, they are specifically sized for the top and bottom screens. I really can't say enough good things!! If you have been looking but are unsure, BUY THESE!! You won't regret it!
Its Great but Dust problem April 24, 2008 Its great but u get dust on it and air bubbles but that can be fixed by washing it and useing a lint free cloth to clean i tried it outside i guess u can see better but dosnt work if ur to close to sunlight
It does it's job, and it does it well February 2, 2008 As stated in other reviews this pair of screen protectors works as advertised. If you've ever used an iPhone, you'll know that touch screens get grubby very fast when fingers get involved. While the DS is supposed to be stylus operated; I find myself tapping with my fingers occasionally, and without a protector that tends to get the screen very mussed.
The anti-glare I can't really speak to, as I rarely play my DS under direct sunlight. However I can say that it doesn't obscure your vision of what's going on in your game, and the screens are very well-cut; they fit perfectly.
Someone else has mentioned that the protector's sticky side is a dust magnet. This is very true. This is the same for most screen protectors like the iPhone anti-glare. Basically, expect some lint no matter what; unless you somehow have a clean room in your house that is completely dust-free, you are going to get dust under the protector. To remove without damaging the touch screen or the protector, get some scotch tape, apply to one of the four corners of the protector, press down to make sure the scotch tape's adhesive is properly applied, then gently tease upward. The screen protector should peel off.
A word of caution: yes the protector can be washed, but the very act of washing will deposit dust on the bottom side as well (your water will never be 100% pure either). Basically if you're like me and hate the idea of foreign objects under your screen protector ... well, sorry but you'll have to get used to it. The protectors are well-made but not invulnerable; after five or six times of detaching, washing, and re-applying, the adhesive on the bottom begins to lose cohesion. After ten or so re-applications, it will no longer stick, so be careful.
practical, effective protection BUT sub-par fit January 13, 2008 First off, the JAVOScreen Anti-Glare Protector for the Nintendo DS, like many similar products on the market, does a GOOD JOB PROTECTING THE SCREEN well from abrasions / damage from moderately aggressive stylus work. The tacky adhesive surface (not the exposed surface) is a DUST-MAGNET, and installing the protector without getting lint underneath is quite a challenge. Air bubbles can be easily ironed out with the provided tool, but lint or dust particles can lead to unsightly "tenting" and permanent air bubbles. Fortunately, the protector is REMOVABLE AND WASHABLE (that is, IF you can get it off the screen without scratching the screen or destroying the protector in the process. if you figure out how to do this, let us know!!)
Functionally, the protector is stiff but DOESN'T AFFECT TOUCHSCREEN SENSITIVITY. I actually like the "PAPER-LIKE" FEEL of the stylus on the matte finish (there's a slight texture to the protector). It's less slippery than the screen, and gives the stylus some friction and tactile feedback that was pleasant and more natural-feeling. The matte finish, unfortunately, gives the screen a frosted appearance that looks nice, but LCD COLORS ARE A LITTLE DULLED. I've used similar "glossy" or "ultra-clear" screen protectors, and the LCD display is definitely more vivid and colors have a lot more "pop."
That said, I'm DISAPPOINTED BY THE FIT. I'm quite particular about these little things (some obsessive-compulsive personality traits, no doubt), and I was peeved by the gap left by the screen protector. Both the top and bottom screen covers (they're different sizes, the touchscreen is slightly smaller, apparently) left a small gap around the edge. Granted, the gap is < 1mm, and not likely to affect performance / protection for the most part. My previous DS had a set of screen protectors from a Hong-Kong company called Brandoworkshop (very reputable, one of my favorite electronic accessory websites. google it!), identical quality / thickness as far as i can tell, same type of "adhesive," and the fit was much more precise. No gaps at all.
In summary:
PROs: - good protection, neither superior nor inferior to several similar products on the market - washable / reusable - nice matte finish makes stylus work feel more like writing on paper than glass - effective anti-glare - thin little cleaning cloth included
CONs: - VERY difficult to remove / reposition if necessary - can be frustratingly difficult to install without "lint bubbles" - sub-par fit compared to some similar products - dulls LCD display colors (try the clear, non-anti-glare version if you want colors to "pop" more) Hope this helps! .
