Here is the List of Xbox One Backwards Compatible Games

The new Xbox One experience is set to launch to all Xbox users on November 12, 2015.  This new firmware update will introduce new features, the main of which is the ability to play Xbox 360 games on Xbox One consoles.

Mike Ybarra, Director of Program Management for Xbox, announced the first 104 titles that will be featured with this backwards compatibility via Major Nelson’s site.

Here is the full list of backwards compatible Xbox 360 games that will be playable on Xbox One:

Microsoft has also stated that going forward, all free Games with Gold Xbox 360 games will be playable on Xbox One consoles via this backwards compatibility functionality.

If you have not already, now would probably be a good time to buy an external hard drive.

What do you think of this list? Is your favorite game missing? Or perhaps you will try and play a sleeper hit because of this backwards compatibility?  Or would you like to see original Xbox games become available on Xbox One? Let us know in the comments below.
