Sony's PlayStation 3 website confirms what some fans have feared all along -- that the $600 HDMI-capable PS3 model will not include an HDMI cable
The $600 PS3 just got pricier
The heads up comes from PS3Land, and the confirmation lies on the official Sony PS3 website.
"*HDMI cable not included" reads a small note on the site, under the topic of "What is HDMI?"
Currently, HDMI cables are pricier than many other, more common video cables. Prices currently hover near $30 US for a six-foot HDMI-to-HDMI cable.
