My favorite recurringly used weapons include the Arctic Warfare Magnum (AWM, Sniper), the R93 T2 (Sniper), AK-47 (Rifle), Kriss Super (Sub-machine gun (SMG)), Kukri (Blade), Dual Karambits (Blade), MK13 (Pistol), Desert Eagle of course best with a suppressor, and any M4 series generally. I generally tend to stick to long ranged weapons with high firepower. When I opt for an automatic weapon I generally pick something with low recoil except for the AK-47 which I like for its overbearing nature. What are your favorite kinds of weapons that you like to play within a game?
(Note that it doesn't have to be a real weapon and can even be something like the Key Sword from Kingdom of Hearts, or Cloud's heavy sword from Final Fantasy.)
