EB Games/Gamestop Merge!

Yeah, Gamestop is actually buying out EBGames. That's a bit odd, since recently Gamestop hasn't been performing too well in the eyes of its parent company. Gamestop is owned by the Waldenbooks/Borders brand.
any clue how this is going to work, I mean if I can't find a certain something at eb I go to gamestop, are all eb's going to be gamestops now, or they still going to run as eb games just with a different owner, if not towns with one of each are screwed
This news makes me a little sad because here our Gamestop gets in like 2 games of a title...but "we'll have more Tuesday"...whatever..I want it now..and EB always has games, systems in stock.
Let's hope Gamestop picks up some of EB's business habits..

The new company will be called Gamestop, so it sounds like existing EB's will be rebranded. Most of the higher-ups in EB are staying on for the merger, so we shouldn't see any radical changes.
