another one bites the dust
It was a tough call, but it looks like I'll be joining the ranks of the ex-MyGamers. Here's the mail that went out to the higher-ups:
I've been faced with a difficult situation the past week, and reluctantly made the choice to retire from MyGamer. Work has been more time consuming than usual, and I've just received another job that will make writing for the site impossible.
That said, it's been a wonderful experience working with everybody. GDC was great and E3 was fantastic, especially getting to meet all the
other MGers and hit the floor as a team. It's a shame to be leaving in
the midst of the site's second wind, but I'm sure the tag-team of Andy
and Amanda will have the staff operating more efficiently than ever.
I look forward to the site's new direction, even as a lowly reader. It's been a blast!
Special shout-out to e3 peeps, what a great time! And here's to whoever will be able to go next year instead of me, live it up while you can!
