Do you like Dark Themes or Light Themes?

How do you like when it comes to forum or website themes? Do you like using Dark Themes or Light Themes whenever you're browsing such sites?

Why would you choose a Dark Theme over using Light Theme and vice versa?
 
Dark Themes are my favourite. This is because they are more relaxed for the eyes. I personally don't like it when I have too much light in my eyes.
 
When it comes to any kind of website I am on, I always prefer to have the option of having a dark theme over a light theme.

With me being on the computer quite a lot working and also doing what I do as a hobby as well, my eyes can tend to strain quite a bit if the themes are quite bright so dark is something I would much rather use to avoid eye strain.
