About the chat room

An IRC chat room is a good idea, but there should be a bot there to keep and give op privileges. As it is now, if the room is empty and any user enters, they are automatically an op. This could obviously cause some problems. I think Quakenet has their own bot, some info on the lightweight bot can be found at

I would work on this myself but don't know if that is overstepping my bounds.
