This winter sale was sort of disappointing, yes. I didn't really pick that much up honestly, and I usually pick up ALOT. Mostly I already had alot of the games I wanted in this sale. The other games were still too damn expensive imo. So myeah, I do agree it wasn't the best.

I'm really not into that stuff. I don't know if this falls into the category but... I have some really old original boxes with discs of classic games like Fallout 1. I think that's actually pretty damn cool to have, but maybe it's not considered merch.

This sounds troublesome... I used to play a really really early version of Don't Starve and quite enjoyed it. Is the game more fleshed out by now? And also, is don't starve together worth picking up with a friend? :)

This is true. However I actually usually save my trading cards and try to make the badges. But I'm a nerd like that. The more steam levels the better. :p

Okay. I have not actually played it, I have just heard things about it (TotalBiscuit mentioned it for instance). But I've also heard it's a great game. :)

I think this is a cool feature and I can understand why they're doing it... 100%. However I do not think it's going to be successful at all. Twitch is already too established. I like that they're giving it a go though.

Right now I'm heavily into Counter-Strike again after being really into it my whole childhood/teenage years. So for me it's great that a new Counter-Strike is flourishing. I do however have over 150 games on steam so I play literally anything, I just have too many games to know where to begin...

I've heard good things about this game, it's supposed to be great. Warning to anyone considering buying though: The game is apparently riddled with horrible DRM. So be warned!
