    Plants vs. Zombies

One of the best games ever, definitely. I used to love playing PvZ on Steam, but who knew it would be just as fun to play it on my Android phone. I would say the port isn't perfect, though, or my phone is just slightly outdated, because I tend to get the occasional stutter while playing. But...

    DRM - yay or nay?

What do you guys think about games' copyright protection (more often called DRM) nowadays? Does it annoy you or do you think it's a necessary evil? Personally, I think certain types of DRM are just badly designed and annoying (*cough* Games for Windows Live *cough*), but others provide certain...

Any other interests aside from gaming?

I enjoy reading, watching TV shows and all sorts of movies. I also like sports, namely basketball and street workout. To be quiet honest, gaming is not even a major interest of mine, but I still enjoy discussing it and playing some videogames occasionally, mostly as a way to relieve stress.

What is the very first video game you remember playing...

I think it was either Tetris, Super Mario Bros or Spiderman on the NES. To think I actually liked that Spiderman game back in the day! Looking at it now, I think it's one of the worst tributes ever to one of the greatest superheroes of all time... But still, there's some nostalgic value in it...

    Hotline Miami 2

Hotline Miami was an oustanding game for me. Deep plot (and slightly confusing) for such a game, spectaaaacular soundtrack and a simple, yet really satisfying gameplay with that retro feel. I haven't had the chance to play the second installment yet, but after seeing some gameplay footage, it...

Do you guys use a to-do list?

Okay, so I'm kind of confused regarding whether this is a useful thing or not. I've been using a to-do list (well, an app on my Android phone) for quite some time now and it does help in reminding you to get stuff done. But, on the other hand, I feel like to-do lists contribute to one's stress...

    Have Games taught you anything?

I'm under the impression that games have developed my logical thinking and imagination. They've also improved my ability to focus, solve problems etc. and have fun while doing it, obviously! Really depends on the game though, as I've played plenty of bad games, that have taught me not to waste...

    NES games = best ever.

Mike Tyson's Punch-Out! is one of the games I didn't play as a kid and only managed to beat recently (with an emulator). The sucky part is that I've missed a lot of the classics, but it's still a pretty fun experience to play through them even today. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I think I lost...

    Android or iOS?

Android - more free stuff, more customizable, easy to use and lots of content for it, which is being released all the time. And a better logo. But that's just me. :D

Favorite mindless mobile phone game to make time pass?

The title pretty much explains what this thread is about. What is your favorite mindless game that helps you occupy your hands or just pass the time? I found out that the perfect one for me is the Android game Subway Surfers. There's just something incredibly satisfying about going through all...

Do you prefer the pc version of games over the console?

For racing games - playing them on a console is infinitely better, in my experience. FPS games, on the other hand, are just horrible to play with a joystick and therefore I prefer playing them on a PC/laptop. Also, another thing to consider is the port as a whole and how it runs on a PC...

    NES games = best ever.

It has a lot to do with what console you grew up with. For me that was the NES, hence why its games have such enormous nostalgic value for me. Unfortunately I missed out on a lot of the "greats" that came afterwards, but it is what it is... Pretty cool that nowadays you can play all the games...

    Favorite video game music?

I've been cranking some Journey to Silius tunes recently (Stage 1's music is sooo good). Just listen: How is this not awesome? And another game with a kick-ass soundtrack (in stereo, too!) - Batman (NES):

    NES games = best ever.

Contra, Batman, Chip & Dale, TMNT 3, Gun Nac, SMB 3 etc. etc. A huge library of epic games that made my childhood awesome, with their absurdly fun gameplay and mesmerizing soundtracks. What's your favorite NES game?

What game stands the test of time?

That's not to say that CS: Global Offensive is a bad game, in my opinion, but the classic Counter-Strike and its simplistic gameplay is just so much more appealing to me. CS:GO, on the other hand, is Valve's current way of exploiting gamers' desire to be "on the top" (with all the stuff you can...
