Well, just by the appearance you can tell it's some type of kids game. And there were very few kids games. Plus, it does look like the Bernstein Bears house...

I recognized it as an Atari 2600 Game.. just a bit of digging at http://www.atariage.com/system_items...D=SCREENS HOT came up with the game :)
