Microsoft has just announced that [i]Wing Commander Arena[/i] and [i]Super Contra[/i] will be released to the Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday July 25th.
[i]Wing Commander Arena[/i] is the first Live Arcade game to support 16 player multiplayer gaming. The game promises to contain intense 3D battles with a ton of customization options.
Marking the 20th anniversary of the [i]Contra[/i] series, [i]Super Contra[/i] continues the action packed run-and-gun gameplay with Bill Rizer and Lance Bean. Co-op play will be available over local or Live play and the title will feature an enhanced graphics mode.
Although the price point of these games is still unknown, you can bet they will either cost 400 MS Points ($5) or 800 MS Points ($10).
